The person you are now can change in a matter of time.

Read slowly as you digest the whole thing
In this blog, you are going to see that the choices we make can cause “a paralysis state of life”.
Here, a paralysis state of mind--I refer to that time you are not being productive. The moment you waste much of your time, the time you find yourself want to seek something but you find yourself going around and around in an infinity loop influenced by similar chains of choices, and you tend to draw some personal excuses to those unproductive choices to justify yourself.
However, you have to buy the truth because you either fear change or you are not ready for it or you do not know yet what you want--AND THAT DRAINS A LOT.
This state of life which can be either temporary for a certain period or a long period (a lifetime) caused/leads to a constant long-chained series of thoughts, that can influence the way you perceive things; as perception is the primary purpose of the brain, then the mind synthesizes whatever you perceive.
It is through this “perception” that the world is the way it is to you, by using the word “world” I want to say that we see things we want to see, therefore most of the things we see are mostly in the range of expectation that is in our mind.
Clearly, I would say that the world has no meaning to you beyond your consciousness (awareness). If a rhino can draw a landscape, it can probably include its longhorn on every perspective of the picture. It may see the horn everywhere while the horn is not everywhere but on itself alone.
Consider a different definition of the “world”. This has happened to you or to someone you know, to say that there are people who live in a completely different world (in a manner of speaking).
Literally from that sentence, it implies that those people live among us, as we know it is still theoretical/fictional to consider existence in other dimensions, even though some theories are there to prove it (string theory states that there exist 11 dimensions by which if we can use more than our basic 4 dimensions of space-time, we can see things we do not see, or move differently than usual and so on).
In this essence, take the term ‘world’ the way every person particularly sees things, the way everyone perceives the world, and since perception in this instance is individual, it means that there are different worlds that correspond to everyone.
An event may seem to have a particular impact on you, while it is nothing to someone else, because in your world that is something but meaningless in someone else’; as John Adams said that “If conscience disapproves, the loudest applauses of the world are of little value”.
My point here is that we live in a world of matter while we firstly live in a world of thoughts, and as the universe of matter is endless so is the universe of thoughts.
According to a recent study, it shows that every second the universe expands to an extent of 900 million meters, the same way your spectrum of experiences broadens every day, and that is your world expanding.
Your world is colored by your values, morals, limits, standards, goals, and other things you consider useful. They are influenced by the choices we make and the environment we live in. The universe of thoughts is endless as no one has ever hit the end of human thought, from the first man according to the bible and to you reading this.
Every time a new idea pops up due to your experience and the challenges you did overcome or failed in the past, as Albert Einstein famously said that “a new idea comes suddenly and in a rather intuitive way. Then Intuition is nothing but the outcome of the earlier intellectual experience”. It may not be a revolutionary idea but there will always be a new thought.
The kind of person you are now is made up of choices you have made either unconsciously or consciously in life. For example, a small choice as you can insignificantly consider like a butterfly flapping its wings to cause a tornado, those choices you made because life did not give you other options, those kinds of choices you made because you were unaware or those you made in full awareness.
You are your choices, you can change your life as long as you make different choices, and you are always one choice away to change your life. A simple movie scene, not even the entire movie can influence your career. A simple conversation with someone can induce a new way of looking at things. Your friends can influence a lot in your life (to mean their make more partial choices for you sometimes). A slip in the football match can end one's whole career.
Consider this alternative view so that you can understand the above paragraph. If you were to map the choices you made before in your life—in a precise manner to the extent of identifying the finite lines between the psychological patterns of each individual choice, you can see how the person you are is a sum of a series of maintained constant long-chained choices. It is by this I can say that the way you turn out to be the kind of person you are now, you can as well be a different version of yourself.
